This is my private client framework. It guides everything we do together and keeps changes consistent and calm.

What makes this different

Philosophy: child-led responsiveness + parent-led structure. We respond, but we don’t rescue on autopilot.

Non-negotiables: age-appropriate routines, safe sleep, consistent responses overnight, clear pre-agreed caregiver roles.

Won’t use: cookie-cutter schedules, or ask you to leave your baby for unreasonable amounts of time, or advice that ignores medical/reflux/CMPA context.

Standards: evidence-based guidance, plain language, realistic timelines, and daily check-ins during active change.

Promises: you’ll know exactly what to do, why it works, and how to adjust - never pressured into a method that feels wrong.
